REFUND POLICY

Provider: Children’s Interactive Diary (“CID”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
provides access to a digital monthly interactive diary subscription.
As our product is delivered digitally, no physical goods are shipped.
Subscription Plans
Customers may subscribe on either:

A monthly basis; or
-
An annual basis.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be made for the current subscription period (monthly or annual) under the following conditions:

The request must be submitted in writing via email to info@cidkids.club

The request must be made by the account holder.
Upon receipt of a valid refund request:

The subscription will remain active until the end of the current month.

Access to CID content will then be terminated.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will:
-
Be processed within 7 days of approval;
-
Be returned to the original payment method used at purchase;
-
Be subject to any processing time imposed by the relevant payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where abuse of the refund policy is suspected.
